At Special Event Rentals, event rental coordination is included with all orders. Our experienced event planning coordiantors will assist you from start to finish making sure you are ready for your event.

When you first contact Special Event Rentals to place an order we will be able to provide tips and suggestions on suitable rental equipment for your corporate or social event. We will then work with you as you get closer to your event date to ensure all is in order.

If you would like to have a rental coordinator on site for the set up and take down of your event to work with you and our set up crew this can be arranged for a minimal fee. Starting from the moment you first call or visit us to the conclusion of your event our entire team is available to assist you.
