Besides cheese, you can do sauces for dipping meatballs or cubed meat, try a kebab style fondue for a change, fruit and sauces, or how about an Italian style dipping mushrooms in a marinara sauce. The sky is the limit. Available gel packs are used to provide heat and are placed in a heat can with flame damper. Fondue forks 065-0070 are available separately.
