Delivery & Pickup Charges

Below are the delivery and pickup charges of Special Event Rentals – Calgary within the city limits only. If you are outside the city limits, please contact us to get a quote.

The costs are for each way (one for delivery and one for pickup.)  

Charges could vary pending the equipment required and the number of drivers required on delivery or pick-up.

If the client wants to meet the drivers at their location as a courtesy, deliveries, and pick-ups may be contacted approximately one hour in advance prior to arrival by one of our staff.

The client must be accessible via cell or location phone number which was provided on the contract. This is very imperative as without prior contact delivery/pick-up may be impacted. Please ensure to list proper contact information on your order.

 

i. Regular Service Charges

The cost below only applies if the order was placed BEFORE 12 PM for delivery and/or pick-up the next day. 

Example: If a delivery is needed for May 13, the order must be placed before 12 PM of May 12 to apply regular charges.

Additionally, it also only applies to deliveries and pick-ups made between our business hours of 9 AM to 5 PM.

Full-Day Window

Cost: $99 

  • For regular charges to apply, orders must be delivered/picked-up between our regular business hours between 9:00 am & 5:00 pm or working with the clients business hours (similar to ours within reason but not before 9:00 am or after 5:00 pm)
  • A full-day window means we can come to the location for delivery or pick-up at any time between 9 AM to 5 PM. We cannot guarantee a specific or estimated time of arrival.

4 Hour Window

Cost: $109

  • For 4-hour window charges to apply, orders must be delivered or picked up either:
    • Morning – between 9 AM and 12 PM
    • Afternoon – between 12 PM to 5 PM

2 Hour Window

Cost: $129

  • It applies to deliveries/pick-ups with a 2-hour window.
  • Examples
    • 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM
    • 12 PM to 2 PM
    • 3 PM to 5 PM

1 Hour Window

Cost: $149

  • It applies to all deliveries/pick-ups with LESS than a 2-hour window.

 

ii. Rush Charges

The cost below applies if an order was placed AFTER 12 PM for delivery and/or pick-up the next day. This also applies to contracts where an order was placed or modified the same day as the delivery or pick-up.

Example #1: If a delivery is needed for May 13, and the order was placed at 2 PM of May 12
Example #2: If an order is placed and delivery is required later this afternoon.

Additionally, it also only applies to deliveries and pick-ups made between our business hours of 9 AM to 5 PM.

Regular Rush

Cost: $169

  • It applies to orders placed AFTER 12 PM for delivery and/or pick-up the next day.
  • It also applies if we are given more than a 2-hour window.
  • This service is subject to availability. Please contact us for more details.

Double Rush

Cost: $169

  • It applies to orders placed AFTER 12 PM for delivery and/or pick-up the next day.
  • It also applies if we are only given a time frame of fewer than 2 hours.
  • This service is subject to availability. Please contact us for more details.

 

iii. Afterhours Charges

Please contact us to get a quote for deliveries and pick-ups outside our regular business hours of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
